AUDIOLOGY
In the Audiology consultation, the specialist diagnoses and treats any hearing loss and related disorders, providing recommendations regarding the options that can help (for example, hearing aids, cochlear implants, appropriate medical referral).
During the consultation, we assess whether a hearing loss or vestibular anomaly is present by performing hearing tests to determine whether you are listening within the normal range and, if not, what parts of your hearing (high, medium or low frequencies) are affected, to what degree, and where is the injury causing the hearing loss (outer ear, middle ear, inner ear, auditory nerve and/or central nervous system).
Audiology appointments require prior scheduling, check which stores are available.

Viana Comarca Unit: Audiology consultations every day without the requirement for a prior appointment. Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Zé Pirão Unit: By appointment via our support line 923 190 900, (on weekdays from 8am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm).
Periodically, audiology consultations are held at Centrooptico® stores located in the provinces, to schedule the consultation, fill out the form and wait for our contact.
