OPTOMETRY
The Optometry consultation serves mainly to detect any refractive defects (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia) and consequently the need to wear glasses for the first time, or to change your current glasses, identifying the exact parameters.
The consultation also includes a general assessment of the health status of your eyes, allowing the early detection of eye diseases, such as macular degeneration or glaucoma, so that you can prevent the occurrence of more serious symptoms.
The Optometry consultation must be carried out at least every two years. However, your Optometrist can advise you to do more regular surveillance.
Optometry consultations are carried out in all Centrooptico® stores, you do not need to make a prior appointment, the service is performed on a first-come, first-served basis.
